I have an app that Picture A. I would like it to look more like Picture B.
I need a username and password splash screen added that collects username, password, and email address.
Picture B has a checkbox added, and the title of the video to a hyperlink to the video. Additionally there will be a submit button at the bottom on the screen which writes back to a Azure database. The selection, username, and campaign number will be recorded.
