I want a mobile/tablet app.
I currently have a spreadsheet which clients fill out and post into drop box. The spreadsheet contains a date entry, name and about 25-30 data entry points all numerical not more than an 10 characters. Mostly numbers
Of those 19 data entry points approx 14 are a pick from list, the rest are calculations based on all the data entry points by the client
I also have a reporting page with 3 charts which is based on the calculations on the data entered. These I can do with out but I want you to consider estimating for 3 different charts. The charts are currently built using xls.
I want alerts to remind the client to enter in their data but also alerts to notify the client when they are over or under performing.
A status of how the client is overall will also be maintained ie. green amber or red. This will be based on the data entry and calculations
There will need to be some maintain settings page for alerts etc.
Once a client enters in their data I want the data to be sent to me in a spreadsheet format and a notification to email or phone via PUSH.
I want the ability to send specific programs, files and videos to clients that can viewed within the application or media player. For example a program might be a PDF of events I need them to follow. I would like to be able to integrate to youtube for file sharing in case the video files are too big to send over the the network.
Initially I do not want the application to be public. I want to make available to client only.
