We have 2 systems:

1. On-Premise (AD Server / Windows Server 2012)

Domain name: [login to view URL]

2. On Azure AD

Domain name: [login to view URL]

In each system have one account for each member of company, same as: five\henry on premise AD, and henry@[login to view URL] on Azure AD.

Now we need to integrate 2 systems with Single Sign-On by AD FS, and keep users on both systems with mapping, and the password for login from On Premise.

Same as: with my PC join AD on-premise, and login with account five\henry, when I connect to Office 365 (SharePoint 365, Outlook 365), I don’t need login again.

Important: we need keep users in both systems, because in SharePoint online, we setup permission for current users very much, and cannot delete these users.
