Existing Windows Server + SQL Server 2008 with numerous processes for a product application needs to be documented and migrated to a modern server. Currently sitting on AWS and want to update to a new AWS server. Potential to work with our dev team to streamline some of the custom systems written by previous team(none of that team remains). Custom processes are in VB.NET or C# In summary - a game sends a packet of information (including game play and EEG data) to our server. A process interprets the EEG data (we dont want to rewrite just migrate) and then sends the data into SQL Server. A few other things may be occurring with CRON jobs etc - we need a Windows server / .NET developer who is an expert at this stuff better then all of us Mac/*ix java developers! Limited scope project - potential long term support available in future phases.

Hi, this is Pavel here. 20+ yrs. of experience, about 15 of them in the Windows world. What version of Windows Server/AWS AMI are you currently using? Which edition of SQL Server (standard, professional, ...)? What versions of MSVC was used to develop VB.NET and C# software? Regarding Cron jobs - though there's a number of Cron for Windows packages, I believe you actually meant Windows default scheduled tasks? Thanks, WBW, Pavel.
