I want to have an edit textbox in outlook ribbon bar. By entering a projectname the already marked emails shall be saved on projectname dependent file folder. Additionally these emails shall be tagged also in outlook. If same email is already stored on file folder it shall not be saved twice. Further this small tool shall be developed that it can be roll out easily on many computers.
