The bulk of my Tech Support experiences are with the big telcos/ISPs (ATT, TimeWarnerCable, CenturyLink, Verizon) in the US. Part of my job aside for troubleshooting Internet issues, is to support and resolve Email issues. From password reset to setting up email clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows mail, Mac mail, Thunderbird, etc). And taking those experiences into consideration, it makes me the perfect fit for this job.
