I had a friend who helped me set up my microsoft outlook emails for me & it has been working perfectly for the last 3 years. But I strongly think that for some reason I stopped receiving emails. Need help sort it out for me. While at it, I would also need advise how to get my laptop cleaned as over a year ago I spilled few tiny drops of coffee & couple of my laptop keys sometime get stuck.

Hello, the issue you're experiencing is likely due to the recent Microsoft security upgrade with regards to basic authentication deprecation. The keyboard could be a bit tricky to resolve as this might mean you would have to open the laptop and remove the keyboard; cleaning is rather simple.
