I understand you need to configure / customize your MS Access forms - the documents are stored in a SharePoint list and you need the ability to provide custom code for each document uploaded / published by a User(?); you need the functionality to use Mapify to use the Lat/Lon values in the form and display the location map(?); ability to create / link Contact to a Candidate(?); and ability to pass the Lot/Plan data to the planning portal to search for a property(?)
I have customized MS Access forms (earlier in a project) that used SP as its repository.
