To make a thermal camera which can detect covid-19 we need to procure the hardware requirements such a thermal camera, an atmel or any low end processor is fine. Once we have the pre-requisites we can build it in two phases 1) just check the avg temperature to find if a person has fever 2) Collect the thermal images of covid 19 patients and train a ML model to identify the covid patients.
