Medical Professional to write short training program on weight loss

I have a client in the weight loss category (significant organisation.) We are seeking a medical professional, ideally a doctor and located in Australia, to write a short training program on the issues of obesity and ways to manage.
We all understand that "diet & exercise" is easy to say and harder to do, so we're looking for a professional that understands that we live in an imperfect world and that a level of pragmatism is required if we are to try and address the issue around achieving a health weight.
The training program would consist of typically 6-7 powerpoint slides which normally equates to about 1,000-1500 words on the topic. The material would be used to train pharmacists and pharmacy assistants so we're not looking for the deepest indepth research. Rather we're looking for 6-7 slides that a sales professional could train a pharmacy assistant with such that if Mr or Ms Jones walked into a pharmacy after being told by their doctor that they needed to lose weight, they would feel comfortable that they had enough advice to get them on their journey and quite a journey.
Ideally you would have an interest around the nutrition space that could lead to a longer term relationship with our client.
