I have carried out structural, thermal and vibration analysis on gas turbine engine blades and jet engine configuration components in ANSYS in the beginning of my career. I have good experience in Ansys work bench, Nastran, Abaqus and Fatigue software’s like FE-Safe. I can travel to Vizag and work in your office, Right now I am in Hyderabad. I review the picture you posted, the model can be simplified as axis symmetric for the first pass to reduce the run time and more complexity can be added afterwards. Thermal loads based on the conduction, convection, radiation can be applied. Once the thermal analysis is completed, a combined structural thermal analysis can be completed. For the vibration analysis the natural frequency of the model can be extracted, if the modes are within the excitation frequency a detailed frequency response analysis can be conducted.
