I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - do you refer to the assembling jig(s) for the bike frame or to the hinge and locker? (sorry - is not obvious from the description...) 2 - do you have any drawings/sketches of the frame? (dimensions?) 3 - being a folding bike, the helves will have a certain kinematics... do you have the analysis of this? (to see if there is no interference of the parts...) 4 - even you require for 4-5 concept, will be quite difficult to provide them and to be different - could be 3/4/5 with max two different concept, but with some iterations 5 - as long as this is a concept design, the model(s) will net be parametrically designed...
