Looking for an expert in Industrial/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering who can speak to the Labor shortage of skilled workers mainly welders in the USA and can do a Subject Matter Expert Letter to be sent to USCIS immigration to substantiate a H2B Visa petition for skilled workers to come in from countries that are not on the H2B visa eligible list. I have attached a word document titled "Skilled workers in H2B Eligible countries" that speaks to the lack of skilled personal in these areas and why we need to look to countries to fill that gap like India that have the skilled talent available to do the seasonal work required in the Power Plants and Oil and Gas Refineries here in the USA.
