I am a trained commercial trial lawyer who has tried complex litigation cases over the years and have had to dig down deep to explore the intended goals and mistakes of technical staff, business planners, and high-level entrepreneurs to scrutinise WHAT WENT WRONG & WHY. Obviously, things did not go well, since we were in litigation. Somebody failed to get to the core of what the business’ goals or the crux of their marketing/planning strategies were or should have been.
2. In short, I have had to ask PROBING QUESTIONS of both my clients and the opposition as to why there was not an optimal value proposition was not created and -- again but most importantly -- WHY? I am a skilled (but gentle) cross-examiner who will not let “puff answers” or a lack of research by your (or your clients') staff go unchallenged.
3. I can think critically and outside the box. I am a master at the unassumed/unanticipated question; and am not shy about asking hard questions (respectfully, of course) of "C-Suit" (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, etc.) execs.
