What will you be Doing? I am starting a new starting social media marketing agency, that needs someone to take the role of my sales person. The role will include: searching for clients within the health and fitness industry (mainly gyms) within a given location (this will be agreed one the the right applicant is selected). Then they will cold call the found prospects and fix a meeting for me to go in and close the client (Times and days will be discussed when the applicant is selected). The applicant chosen will work on and off when needed. This means that work amount and pay will vary. It is desirable for the applicant to live in the UK. Note: A script may be provided. What Qualities are needed to be successful? This job is for an audition. I will be selecting one candidate to hire on a trial basis. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring onto the team. Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are two qualities that I am looking for: Integrity and Commitment. Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and my possible clients. Open communication and honesty are important. My deadlines can be short, so i would like someone who can get the job done properly and ontime. Commitment. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you. The right applicant will also have to respect that I will contact them when they are needed (on and off work).
