I am a freelance English to German translator and I would need someone who can get me clients on a regular basis. Your job would be to get me translation projects that keep me occupied full time. I am specialized on translations in the areas of Information technology, technical, business, and linguistics. I would only accept projects with a rate of at least $0.06/word (and these only if the text is very easy and quality is not very important). Payment will be on comission of about 10% of the total value of each project you get me. You should have experience in lead generation and/or account management preferably in the area of translation. Please include a description of how you would imagine our collaboration. Looking forward to your applications.

hello, i am a freelancer translator myself and i understand your idea, so here is what i think: the highest i get paid at the moment is $0.045/word and the text is most of the time *NOT* very easy and the quality is usually very important :) so you might be struggling to find many clients with such expectations. nevertheless, 10% sounds fair - that's what the deduct here on this website anyway. who knows, maybe i could help you out here and then if i have too much workload... if this would help you to get more work. send me your email and i might reply. but to be honest, on this platform you have to negotiate a lot to even get paid 50% of the rate you are after. just a friendly comment. cheers, layer1gfx
