We are [login to view URL], founding a Thailand based ice cream manufacture right now and we are in the state of sourcing. Finding suitable suppliers is quite a challenge. We are looking for an experienced and skilled VA who can do the sourcing tasks for us. The searched for producers are based in Thailand and deliver to Chonburi region. OR they are based in New Zealand, Australia, or neighboring countries. They must deliver to us, including all transportation logistics and customs procedures. The searched for products are: Whole milk, UHT, if possible organic (with certification). Whipping cream 30% fat, organic? Skimmed milk powder, organic? Sugar (Saccharose), refined and raw, organic? Dextrose and Glucose, organic? as well as: fresh fruit according to season, and fruit paste 100% around the year (without bias of the well known wholesalers!!!) Organic? We need the provider, his certification (at least GMP, HACCP, in case of organic, at least one international organic certificate - approved and cross-checked. Halal would be a plus), his sampling policy and his production capacity. On the long run we plan to consume about 1500 litres of milk, 250 liters of cream, 400 kg of saccharose, 15 kg of milk powder, and some 600 kg of fruit or fruit paste, respectively, per day. A track record of social and / or environmental responsibility would be a plus. We are looking for a freelancer VA with best sourcing skills, fluent Thai speaker, and able to negotiate in English or the native language, if other contries. Willing and able to deliver reliable company information (including capacities and social and environmental involvement), contact person, reliable price quotes (please providde to us your email conversations). You should negotiate for us the best prices for the amounts stated above, as well as their price policy for the first months, during which we will produce less, of course. During this phase we will appreciate special rates similar to those when we will be in full production!
