Greetings. I can assist in the sauce dispensing project. My qualification is in mechanical engineering and I have product design experience. I have designed similar dispensing devices [to provide a layer of fluid on top of the part] but for different liquids used in the industrial environment. I have designed utensils for the kitchen so well aware of the hygiene requirements as well. Some testing would need to be done if the prototype is built so it is a long project.
