It is also possible to develop pwa or native apps which download in client os to work offline. The problem statement involves a rather fine-grain image classification task. I have experience developing end-to-end deep learning pipelines for computer vision problems. I believe that an RCNN model or an extended model built on top of a fine-tuned resnet52 should be able to solve this problem. However, the final accuracy will depend on the quality and quantity of data available. Since the project involves multiple steps, as mentioned below, I think the amount is a bit too low: 1. Data Cleaning and preprocessing 2. Building model 3. Training model 4. A inference script will be required to capture the camera feed and classify the images a frame at a time (this is a big task of its own)
