And since you dont have much of a budget, the best way to go would be to stick wit email based forms, and capture/enter the data manually as you receive the email. Once you start receiving enough email - you'll ostensibly be able to THEN afford making your back end management utililites. Anyway, I liked your site... it certainly wasn't anything "flash" but it was easily navigable, and the content was presented in a clear manner.
