JOB DESCRIPTION: • Establish working relationships with company's staff, business partners and • Organize orders received either through customers to ensure all requirements are met for order entry (set by Management). Enter information into Business Finance System. • Responsible for Order Entry and Control of information related to job files and internal systems up to invoicing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Performs all of the following: · enters test requisition data into computer creating an accessioning record which includes: patient demographics and physician data, test requests, ICD- 9CM code, and testing priority; · initiates an audit trail if any data required for the accessioning record is missing or ambiguous. The trail is initiated from the billing menu when accessioning data is transferred to accounts receivable; · produces bar code labels · affixes replicates of labels to test requisition and specimen (blood or other) containers; · prepares specimens for testing by centrifuging tubes for tests requiring serum or plasma; · distributes specimens to appropriate departments for analysis; · communicates with extended care facility (ECF) to correct, clarify, or add any information found to be in question or missing on the test requisition; · communicates with the Laboratory Director and/or the Compliance Officer if accessioning irregularities have not been resolved at the time of accessioning. 2. Modifies test request data after obtaining previously missing, incomplete, or physician clarification information. 3. Enters patient information for potential new clients provided by facility

Hello, my name is Marianna and I have excellent knowledge of productivity and administration tools. I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I have experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked on a previous high-tech company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. I am currently working part time for an English finance company, during the morning (in Europe time) also in the area of data entry and data processing. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. I am really interested on this position, and I can be a good fit for this job. am a Qualified Cost Accountant FCMA, with more than 20 years of work experience in the field of Accounts, Costing, Taxation and Audit. I am presently practicing in chennai, India and have undertaken several accounting outsourcing jobs. Even now I am handling such tasks for a few clients. I have also done Internal audit for several manufacturing companies and Cost Audit as well. I am well aware of the accounting standards and principles as well. Since over the year's I have handled accounts with quality at various level, I am well aware of the responsibilities which an accountant has to do.
