I need a logo (and maybe additional marketing materials) for my new Short-Term Rental (think AirBnB). I would propably also consider a simple website for it The home’s design will be NOLA-themed (New Orleans LA)….with lots of antiques and rustic furniture. I’m looking for a round logo that looks weathered or distressed. I want the property name “Lagniappe” and a fleur de lis incorporated into the logo. I think my primary brand color for this property will be aqua #9AD6E6, with white as an accent. I’ve attached a copy of my LLC logo to give you an idea of what my “umbrella” brand looks like. The website: HOME: 1) biz name & tag line “…where everyone is always welcome” 2) Large image of property 3) into paragraph 4) Grand Opening promo headline with “Check Availability” button (link to a booking calendar) 5) newsletter subscribe button ABOUT with a profile photo and paragraph CONTACT page with Facebook Messenger chat and email form (for more detailed questions) PROPERTY page with 1) photo gallery 2) link to calendar 3) newsletter button Then once painting & decorating is done, I’ll need to link to AirBnB and VRBO profiles & booking calendars.
