Voip Kamailio and Asterisk NGCP-CONFIG max_registrations_per_subscriber: '2'

Hello, This change sohuld be dont not at NGCP (which is actually only RTP proxy), but with Kamailio. In your configuration, as Kamailio is used, it should be responsible for users registration, another way is Asterisk, but not NGCP for sure. Award project to me and let's do it :) Thanks
