Setup BTCPayServer w/ C-lightning and Spark Wallet

I need a developer to setup BTCPayServer as found here:

with the C-lightning node activated and connected to "Spark Wallet Server" as described here:
[login to view URL]
I need it setup only for BTC and the C-lightning node option. By the end of the install I should be able to access my lightning node remotely on my Spark Wallet mobile app.
I currently have a developer that does these installs for $60, I am trying to solicit lower bid competition.
The reason why I am soliciting low bids is due to the fact that this project could be a repeat project for developer awarded. Once you do the install once it will be easy for you and you can earn the same fee over and over again for doing the same project!
