PostgreSQL-XL cluster setup

Recently I have completed my project on PostgreSQL in freelancer. https://www.freelancer.com/projects/linux/migrate-aws-rds-database-linode/ At first, this project was closed by client for some reason, but we communicate through FL chat and he trusts me and create a new project and assign me the project https://www.freelancer.com/projects/php/project-for-rubela-16209652/ As you see the task is for migrating, Which look like simple but the main challenges are database frequently update each minute with 1000 new record but I have successfully completed it. additionally, the client asks me to help to speed up the search process for one of the table of the database called "device_location", this table has high requirement and demand, so he wants me to create a cluster so that process will give the fast best result. When I am trying to setup pacemaker cluster with nodes and added the pgsql-ha resource with master-IP but the cluster is not allowing one of the nodes to take the ownership of the resources. After a long google search, I found that PostgreSQL is not installed correctly by the previous, so I need to uninstall everything and reinstall the PostgreSQL and then create a cluster and then start migration again.
