We need to have the following module functions converted to Python. First step is to define Python structures equivalent to the 3 Perl structures used in the BMP checks: mods, insts, and nets. The modules are as follows:

ConceptHDL::Parts - Builds the mods and insts structures
ConceptHDL::Nets - Builds the nets structure, and updates the pins in the insts structure with net names
DigitalPlaybook::common - Common functions for generating and processing the structures. Calls ConceptHDL::Parts and ConceptHDL::Nets
