pCache: A Proxy Cache for Peer-to-Peer Traffic in my network with installation step by step

I need help to Install "pCache" in ISP network and required to setup guide for further installation step by step. The source code is open sourced but developed back in 2009 on linux kernel [login to view URL] it gives errors when the source code is tried to compile in newer linux kernel. I want it to be installed in newest kernel 5.0.0. The developed may need to change some of the source code (which is written in C++) to adapt it with newest kernel.
This is what the developer needs to do:
1. Change the necessary code so that it can be compiled in Linux kernel 5.0.0. (ubuntu 20.04)
2. Compile and Install the source code in our machine
