net-snmp on CentOS 8.x behaviour with long messages that includes newlines

I need a sample program that demonstrates how net-snmp gets long notification messages that includes newlines and test the diffrence between the sent and recieved message when the message is long (more than 1024 charecters) and includes multiple CR and NL characters. Output should be running on CentOS 8.x using net-snmp* packages server side that handles subscriptions to events and client side that gets the notifications source code short README file including all pre requisites instructions how to build and run messages should not be hard coded or if they are then README should include exact instructions how to change them and build the resulted program again
