I need freelance developer for a web crawling script

I need to realize an application that periodically retrieves information from a set of websites, process the response and aggregate it into a defined JSON format for further processing and visualization. The application should support plugin to extend processing support to new website not originally included. I would like to have the solution realized as python script or similar, in order to be able to schedule it as cron job on a linux machine, but I am open to alternative solution. For example it would be acceptable to provide the solution as python library which exposes methods to retrieve the information, abstract the specific data format of each website providing the content and return an aggregated list of results in the same, common data model. I can provide specification and a reference prototype implementation as detail description of the system. I do not intend to use the script for commercial purposes at the moment, just to perform some personal research, but I would still request to include any IP as part of the project deliverable.
