Customer should Signup with Hosted services and chose from the ready made IVR Applications or get one developed at effective cost Click to call features: 1) When number clicked on webpage, viewer types in his/her phone number and submits to call other party, Click to call calls and connects both parties 2) Ability to add an audio file message (in wav or mp3) to the placed call, greeting both parties upon pick up 3) To store voice messages on my server (in wav or Mp3), email notification when message is received and ability to ftp download message Some of the existing systems: [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] etc You don’t even need a fax machine…,Receive Fax from customer as PDF in your Email. The system will support setting up/administrate the call center SIP accounts (with hunt groups). Of course system needs configuring Asterisk for custom DID:s, call forwarding, internal calling, voicemail, ability to activate/deactivate service at any time, etc. Iam looking for a relationship with developer who will handle full deployment of asterisk with billing,GUI , with these functions : call forwarding, voice mail, call recording. Click to call / call me button . The right candidate will be also contracted to provide an on going support.
