HTTPS 3 pages and these 3 user's restrictive SFTP to be setup

On CentOS I have 3 users, A, B and C with their home directories as /home/A, /home/B and /home/C. Their SFTP is setup. But each of these users can access everything on system. 1) I want their access restricted so that, A can only access /home/A/public_html, B can only access /home/B/public_html C can only access /home/C/public_html. And they shouldn't be even able to view any other folders on SFTP. Basically can't go up (out of) these folders. 2) Their web-apps are stored at, A's web-app is at /home/A/public_html/Adirectory B's web-app is at /home/B/public_html/Bdirectory C's web-app is at /home/C/public_html/Cdirectory I want their web-apps accessible at, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Auto renewable Let's Encrypt SSL is ALREADY INSTALLED.
