Fix our Apache Ubuntu Linux 18 server

We have a Linux Ubuntu 18 server that runs ok. It hosts several VM's which also run fine.
However, since yesterday, apache no longer works. We can not reach several web sites that are running on the server. We tried reinstalling Apache but no success.
Also, we have streaming services running on the server that stream out http streams and can no longer be used.
Yesterday, nginx was installed and removed again. After that, the problems started.
What we want is somebody to:
- Fix the Apache2 functionality so that the webpages and streams work again
- NOT reboot the server at any time, because of the running VM's
We will give you VPN information so you can reach the server, and SSH access details.
We need this fixed quickly. It is probably a minor configuration setting but needs to be fixed asap.
