Deploy & Configure Mail in a Box to a Digital Ocean Droplet

I need a mail server to handle the email for 12-15 of my domains. I want Mail in a Box to be installed and configured onto one of my Digital Ocean Droplets. Docker images are fine, anything that can be done to make your life easier is acceptable as long as it works. No account creation is required, merely the installation and DNS propagation. Likely a 1 hour job, I just don't have the hour. Candidate will be given DNS management access to the domains needed that are currently on a 1&1 server. Candidate must be comfortable working with SSH access for the droplet side.
