Build a Quiz Pounce Web App

Hi, I'm a full-stack developer with over 5 years of experience and though my main expertise in backend development in python, I can build web frontends as well. We have lots of choices for python backend for this app - like flask, django, bottle etc. but the most suited one would be tornado as it allows us to build WebSockets which will mean real-time two-way communication between the server and the web page, which is extremely important for a quiz show. The frontend can be written with vuejs and bootstrap.

i can write django app for this quiz as per the description , which can be hosted on linux . .
