I am ready to handle all work as mentioned and I am doing all work for Clients and CPA firms.
I have following knowledge in Xero:
- Adding new client in Xero (including migrating clients);
- Creating opening balances for new clients in Xero;
- Adding of Bank Account and setting up chart of account;
- Adding of category and sub-category;
- Adding of Contacts, Supplier and Customers details;
- Entering of Sales and Purchase Invoices on the basis of documents available on google drive, dropbox, workflowmax, receipt bank or any other document storage system; - Reconciliation of bank feeds and matching them accordingly; - Manually importing of bank, credit card and paypal bank statements in Xero;
- Adding of tax rates and managing multi-currency;
- Adding of employees, processing payrolls and reconciliation of payroll accounts;
- I have knowledge in BAS/IAS lodgement from Xero, Practice Manager
- Reconciliation of Wages/Payroll accounts on monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of ATO Liabilities accounts on monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of Inter Entity accounts on monthly basis
- Generating all sort of reports.
I have keen ability to manage accounts and make them transparent and more effective.
