Knowledge & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to bring together diverse range of operational and technical skills, build a high performing team and deliver outstanding results

• Demonstrated capability in building and implementing data analytics solutions to address business problems

• Experience in agile project management

• Knowledge of machine learning and cloud computing methodologies

• Knowledge of commercial and logistics business, specifically for commodities is an asset

• Awareness of mining and processing practices, particularly for Bauxite, Alumina and Aluminium is an advantage

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant field. MBA desirable.

• Well-developed skills in communicating, presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders internally and externally.

• Experience in data analytics applications delivery preferred.

• Able to challenge, coach and support/drive change

• Bilingual, English and French
