Below are daily task that would need to be done. Reminders: - Complete all reminders due in CRM Returning Leads: - Follow up with all returning leading to [login to view URL] with phones calls, email, and text. - Try to set appointment New leads - Call and text new leads within 5 minutes of registering: pre qualify them, see what they are looking for, how soon they are looking to buy, and when they are coming to Naples - Email all new leads either following up after a phone conversation or let them know you tried calling - If able to get in contract with leads set up saved search on MLS - If unable to get in contact with new lead on first attempt put on drip campaign call back in evening - Set up saved searches for all new leads on [login to view URL] - Set remind once contracted(call/email/text) Administrative Tasks - Follow up with clients questions - Help set up calendar when future clients who are coming down - Set up showings - Schedule inspections - Manage calendar - Help me stay organized Prospect Listings - Cold call potential listing prospects.

I'm interested in this project. I was a cold-calling executive for an American investor. After three years, I pretty well learned everything about real estate, including foreclosure and probate. I also have VA expertise, so I can plan your work, do follow up with the seller, and create calendar events. I also have a lot of experience with text marketing for real estate. As a VA, will therefore perform essentially all of my clients' requests. I've worked with a variety of interfaces, including Podio, Mojo Dial, Calltools, Batch Dialer, Ring Central, PhoneBurner, Reireply and so on. I've experience on Popstream as well.
