Looking for a experienced US IT Recruiter to source top-notch candidates for our company. Should have prior experience in Hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/ candidates . In this role, you will be responsible for finding appropriate OPT/CPT candidates for positions that require a very specific skillset. You will also be responsible to coordinate with the vendors in placing the candidates. Having your own list of vendors is a plus.
The Candidates sourced must be willing to talk on the phone and have superior English speaking/understanding skills.
We are looking for someone to work with on an ongoing basis.
Talent Acquisition / Recruiter Specialist Responsibilities:
(1) Sourcing OPT/CPT/EAD consultants from Job portals such as Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Indeed, Resume bank, universities and network, LinkedIn, prior database, cold calling etc.
(2) Evaluating applications, screening resumes and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
(3) Compiling Interview Questions, conducting preliminary interviews and scheduling a technical interview with Recruiting Managers.
(4) Matching the candidates with open positions at vendors. Forwarding the resume and follow ups with vendors. Having your own vendor list would be additional bonus.
Pay will be based on performance(number of candidates sourced and number of candidates placed)
