4 Small Javascript/HTML Projects (Quizzes)

I am an individual (not a business) running a small website. Topics/themes of my site vary but are usually related to education, mental health, psychology, and, um, sports wagering (all four are closely related when you think about it!). Part of my site includes quizzes for an interactive experience. I am hoping the format/visuals for these four existing quizzes to be improved for a better user experience on my site. Note: due to my current schedule I am able to respond in the evenings, approximately 6-9 pm PST, so please don't be offended if I don't respond immediately to your post/offer. Thank you in advance for considering this project. Don Here is the project: I am seeking a coder to develop four small javascript/html quizzes. The code should be able to be placed in an iframe. The format for each should remain consistent with the theme of the site/page (transparent background, same font, etc.). I will give you credit for coding (and a link to you if you would like) but I shall keep all rights to the code and be able to change it if/when I so choose in the future. Although each quiz is slightly different, I’m guessing there is a javascript coder out there who already has these types of quizzes in his/her repertoire (that's why I'm considering this a small project). I will share the links to the existing pages/quizzes below for your review - you can see what I already have, the limits of each, and be able to see what I’m hoping for (i.e., an improved overall experience for the user). Once I have completed this [smaller] project, I may seek two larger jobs (100-item tests). It’s already done but I don’t have the expertise to make it into a great form (transparent background, in the same theme as the site, white Arial font, etc.). I currently have it posted on the sidebar but I would like to expand it to fit on either it’s own page and/or in the body of the page). It’s already done too but I’m looking for the same consistent form throughout my site, using the site’s font, with great spacing, etc. I developed this test through [login to view URL] (which appears to have been a bad idea, given that it’s seemingly crashed the page)… I’ll republish the page this weekend and it should work soon but basically it’s a 6 item multiple choice quiz… I can of course share the six questions and choices... FREE Online Mental Health Gun Screener [login to view URL] A 10-item multiple choice screener/quiz/exercise where the user, no matter what his or her responses were, are ultimately notified there is no right answer (i.e., they don't qualify). The present form is clumsy as you can see. Just as is true for the others, I’m looking for a straightforward, traditional quiz in Arial font.
