Simple Javascript API call edit

A Javascript developer. Looking for someone who can write a simple function that allows my website to locate API data from a list of items. There is basically a list of "Sales Reps" in an HTML file that is linked to an API via XMLRequest that produces an object with information such as Name, Phone and Agent Photo. I already have a basic HTML/JS file structure setup. I need to be able click on a specific agent and open a new HTML page with a new query/parameter added to the base URL for each agent and display only that agent's info. I am using the Quickbase API and have already targeted the data I need, I just have to find a way to display each rep's on their own page. Important things: 1) Have a way to generate a different url for each rep (appended to the same base URL) example: [login to view URL], but for agent Jack the URL is [login to view URL] 2) The appended information in the URL is consistent with an identifier that comes from that individual agent's data from the API (each agent already has their own agentNumber). So, instead of [login to view URL] it goes something like [login to view URL] (These agent numbers are already setup in the API database and you can view them in a call) 3) The JS file is integrated into my app as it exists now. It's a very simple app. Just HTML, CSS and JS files. I use Netlify to host so there is no server. The function has to perform within the browser. I'm fine having this setup as file that I can test on my local machine. I don't need help pushing the code up or with hosting, I simply just need this function to work. It should nly require some simply tinkering with my current JS file as it stands. Let me know if this is something that sounds like you're able to do. I'm on a tight timeline, so 24 hour turn around is favoured.
