Senior Frontend Developer Needed - HTML5, CSS3, PostCSS, Gulp, JS, JQuery, and Bootstrap

We are currently in backend development.
We are looking for an senior/expert HTML/CSS front-end developer who can work fast along with our backend team to update existing elements and/or add new updates for Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet views and finish converting any new PSDs we need for the product launch.
This is a simple gig, most is already coded, we only need to make sure that all the finishing details for the product looks good before launch.
The Front-End Developer will need to be an Expert in:
-HTML5
-CSS3
-PostCSS
-Gulp
-JavaScript
-JQuery
-Bootstrap

We prefer to have a few references of quality of work, including a few client references.
This is a great ongoing relationship with the company and product manager for future work.
