Project Proposal Specification using NoSQL Concepts

Hello everyone! I need to do a project proposal that requires 3 parts: 1) A proposal statement 2) Data Collection Proposal and 3) and Evaluation Report. 1) Proposal Statement A one page document to detail your plan. Needs to include a problem, why it's interesting and what data plan to use and where it should be acquired. 2) Data Collection Report Include how the data is obtained, how large it will be, what format will be used to store the data, whether the data will need to be processed into a compressed format and how similar data would be simulated. (One page) 3) Evaluation Report A 2-3 page report detailing the expected data results by explaining the problem and motivation. Explain what data analysis methods and techniques you propose to apply in what order and why you chose those in particular. Clearly and concisely describe algorithms/methods, and include some basic plots or numbers from experiments that you ran or hand simulated.
