PoC bespoke web app with identities, user data management and secure user-to-user handshake system

We're a seed venture in NZ, who are friendly and experienced with web. We need a creative developer who can collaborate with us to make an early functional prototype to use for testing in the market. That's right! A true PoC with none of the boring stuff... No unit tests, no E2E automation, no documentation, no ancient systems to support (including old web browsers), no accessibility requirements, and no fat. Pure web app development for you to play with. Our product has these main parts: - Identity provider integration (AWS cognito) - Event listings manager (without a calendar) - Attendee requirements manager - Personal attributes manager - Attribute requirements handshake (with QR code scanning) - Account prefences Users can organise or attend events via the same app, and manage all the details needed to match the right people to their event. Our preferred tech stack is: - React - TailwindCSS - A JavaScript ORM (such as Prisma) - AWS Cognito - An AWS database (you can use SQLite for dev) - AWS API Gateway - AWS Lambda Also utilising: - GitHub - AWS Terraform - AWS CloudFront We have a technical co-founder with 10 years experience as a lead developer, who will be alongside the proces; supporting with clarifications, brainstorming, peer reviewing and supporting any AWS infrastructure... But most importantly, a co-founder who has real world experience in lean development, first principles and human-centred design. We are not looking for a fully-plated solution, and will accept an end result that proves our concept, even if it is unfinished (as long as it can be continued at a later date). This is a real creative opportunity to work with fresh tools. It also comes with the possibility of picking up a contract for the full app development in 2022 as well.
