JavaScript Expert To Decrypt A Secrect Number With AES

Greetings.. i am looking for top notch JavaScript expert who can debug (get actual code) from obfuscated/minified JavaScript code/files. And also you must have experience using developer tools in browser to pin point the required file/codes. Now if you use the developer tool and inspect the number element, you will see something like the attached image. the contact number is encrypted with security key and iv. but problem is it's look like the key and iv is also encrypted in a way as well. now, i even dig more and find that the security is used in following JavaScript file: [login to view URL] and that same JavaScript file use to decrypt the number, but unfortunately that's what i can go far and then i lost. And that's where i need someone even more expert than me who can continue form there and solve my case? To be considered you need to create a simple html form where i can input the encrypted number, iv and security key and it will decrypt and show me the actual number.
