Java / Apache Bridge Update

I have a small bridge / connector / apache that was created for me in Java and now i need help on a small update on it and need someone with very good java knowledge to do this urgently.
The Bridge has a default ip address it calls and now i want to be able to make the bridge call different ip address according to the client codes.
I need this done urgently.
