how can we Rotate and Zoom (Image,PDF) by using javascript and html.

Here we have an issue related to rotation and zoom in & out (image & PDF). we are using firebase for retrieving any data but while retrieving it was generating a link through that we can get data but we are unable to recognize whether it was a jpg or pdf format and that file is not displaying on view.
