Extend existing HTML table with Javascript with a new feature

Hi,
I have an existing HTML table that populates data from JSON (external source) - and make a simple table, you can open the attached "[login to view URL]" and see it. In this assignment you will use this html file and work with it to extend it with new feature.
Now I need new feature:
- When clicking a message text, please open a text box to enter a reply message to that user. There should also be two buttons, one to cancel the edit and close the edit box and one button to send the response. Instead of sending response you can just use alert and display the message in the edit box.
Please see the image for mockup screenshot of how it should look when clicking a message.
This is urgent assignment so please let me know how quickly you could solve this. You need to have experience of jquery to solve it.
How quickly can you solve it and let me know a price preferable no higher than $20.
