Design app UI and generate a functional Unity 3D 2018 scene

First come with a design for an online animation visualiser, whereby a 3d object is going to be rendered with an animation. The bottom page should have playback control: slider, slider tickmarks showing steps, play button, forward one step, rewind one step, toggle looping. Top left corner should have a textual information with the description of the displayed 3d object (larger font title and smaller description below). The compiled WebGL package should be as small as possible (use minimal size ui assets).
