Chrome Extension & React.js verify source code builds correct

This should be 30 minutes of work with long term project opportunity. Please read carefully. The archive we have contains a chrome extension and react.js files. Our developer went missing and the first thing we need is to verify we have all source to build the project. We can currently install the app in Chrome and everything works. Once the source is verified that it builds, we want a short readme file that identifies the directories and what they contain (they were not named well). If you have skills in Chrome Extensions and react.js and are a good communicator then Great! This can be an ongoing project you can take over. We have immediate needs to add enhancements to the application. Since this is a long term project, we prefer developers that have hours or work hours similar to Central-USA/Chicago time.
