We have a client that requires we deliver a specifically named document into a watched folder. The naming convention will be: <StudentID> <First Name> <Last Name> <Assessment Code>.pdf Our requirement is that a script be written to extract the StudentID information and upload that document into the correct ACT! CRM container. The version of ACT! CRM is [login to view URL] The documents will be scanned to a Windows 10 VM

This can be solved by writing a .NET apps which will be able to monitor a folder for you. The filter can be set for watching the .PDF file only with the filter you described here. And then by using ACT! SDK you could do the document upload as well. There is an example code within the SDK, you can download for free, so we can follow for developing the apps I will do for you
